He has authored or co-authored over 120 original scientific journal articles (citations > 2500, h-factor > 24), 7 books and book chapters, and professional publications including the books: \u201cFood Plant Economics\u201d (CRC, 2007), and \u201cFood Process Design\u201d (Dekker, 2003). Professor Maroulis received his BS (1980) and PhD (1984) degrees in chemical engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece.
