
Mr. Andreas Siamisis studied Economics, specializing in Econometrics at the University of Essex and is a member (F.C.A.) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He worked at KPMG in London, specializing in the banking sector and large multinational groups and then, in Managerial positions in Greece and other European markets in the DIAGEO Group, where during the period 1998-1999 he undertook the development of the Group’s food sector (Pillsbury) in the Middle East and North Africa. Between 2000 and 2002 he worked in a listed company of high technology and telecommunications and in 2003 he was hired as General Manager of Finance and Informatics at PETROLA HELLAS SA.. Then, with the merger of PETROLA in HELLENIC PETROLEUM, he took over as General Manager of Group Finance and member of the Executive Committee of the Group. Since 2012 he has supervised the activities abroad, while he was Deputy CEO of the Group between 2014-2015 and 2017-2019 when he took over as CEO. In addition to being a member (FCA) of ICAEW, and of the Economic Chamber of Greece, he participates in specialized ICAEW teams and is a founding member of the Corporate Governance Council of the Hellenic American Chamber. Finally, since 2020 he has been elected to the Board of SEV and the Council for Sustainable Development (SEV BCSD).
