
Mr. Theodore Petroulas after receiving his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1984, he became an Assistant Professor at NJIT. In parallel, he started his career in Wall Street at Bear Stearns followed by Greenwich Capital Markets. Then, in 1991 he co-founded Clinton Group, an investment advisor firm, where he was responsible for all the analytical research, the development of the computer systems used by the firm and for new product development with emphasis in the structured products. In addition, since 2005 he oversees the allocation of personal assets in hedge funds, private equities, real estate and other investments. Finally, he is on the board of Directors of Action Finance Initiative, a microfinance organization in Greece.
